Ideally located in a quiet area just 50m from the central square of the traditional village of Prines, Villa Anastasia offers relaxation and absolute privacy. The villa is only 5km from Rethymnon Town (a 7 minute drive), 4km from Koubes beach (a 6 minute drive) and has been built among the trees of a verdant hill and with great respect to the area’s flora.

Prines used to be a significant place during the Venetian occupation and the church of St. Nicolas, dating from the 13th century, is a historical place one must visit.
