Kedros Villas comprise a complex situated on a gently sloping hill in Stelida, Naxos, with magnificent views of the port and sunsets over the sea, nestling amidst a landscape of cedar trees and prehistoric granite.

The complex is situated between two beaches. Stelida, 300 metres to the north, includes one of the best windsurfing spots in the Cyclades ('Laguna'), Agios Prokopios, 800 metres to the south, is Naxos's most beautiful beach, with its white sand and crystal clear sea. Kedros Villas lies 4.5 km from the port and is served by frequent buses that stop at the entrance to the complex.

Kedros Villas is 18,000 square metres in size and consists of 9 villas and 3 suites with superb views surrounded by gardens with cedar trees and plants. Enjoy a swim in Kedros Villas’s 200 square-metre pool and soak up the sun on a lounger, taking in the panoramic view down to the sea. Children can enjoy themselves in a special playground.

The orientation of the villas is such that they remain cool during the summer and maintain a stable temperature during the winter months. They are constructed, decorated and furnished using natural materials: the floors are made of marble (chiefly white, from Naxos) or solid oak, the paint used on the walls is environmentally-friendly, and all the furniture is made of natural wood. The interiors combine comfort with luxury and simplicity.

Kedros Villas - Villas & Suites
Each villa has been designed to offer you a comfortable and restful stay: the sitting rooms have large sofas that create a relaxing atmosphere. The kitchens are fully equipped with two dining areas: one inside and another in the garden beneath a pergola or shaded by trees.
The bedrooms have views and verandas that enjoy both sun and shade. The beds have mattresses made of natural rubber and coconut fibre, offering real relaxation.
The bathrooms, most of them tiled in marble, have bathtub or shower.

Villa Hibiscus (2-3 Pax)
Single floor. Double bedroom, which opens onto a veranda with arches, bathroom and kitchen/living room (with a sofa bed), which opens onto a veranda with pergola and seating. At the back, seating area with pergola. The rooftop terrace is perfect for sunbathing and starwatching and affords commanding views.

Villa Eros (2-3 Pax)
Two floors. Upper floor: double bedroom with bathroom and large veranda with pergola and a view of the sea. Ground floor: kitchen, living room (with a sofa bed) and WC. The kitchen door leads to a large terrace with pergola and seating and the living room opens onto a veranda with arches.

Villa Cedar (2-3 Pax)
On two floors, boasting the largest cedar tree in the whole complex. Upper floor: double bedroom and bathroom, two small verandas with and without pergola and sea view. Ground floor: open-plan kitchen, shower room and living room (with a sofa bed), which opens onto a veranda with pergola. Large two-tier garden and under-tree dining area.

Villa Olive (3-4 Pax)
Two floors. Upper floor: open-plan kitchen and living room (with a sofa bed), opening onto a large veranda with pergola and a view of the sea. Ground floor: one single bedroom and one double bedroom, each opening onto the garden, one bathroom. Outdoor covered seating area surrounded by trees.

Villa Jasmine (4 Pax)
Two floors. Upper floor: open-plan kitchen and living room, opening onto a large veranda with pergola and sea view. Ground floor: one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, each opening onto the garden, one bathroom. Outdoor covered seating area.

Villa Lavender (3-5 Pax)
Two floors with superb views. Upper floor: one double bedroom and one single bedroom, each opening onto verandas with pergola and seating, one shower room. Ground floor: sitting room (with two sofa beds), kitchen/dining room and WC. Patio with pergola and seating and large two-tier garden where you can relax in the shade of the cedar trees.

Villa Laurel (4-5 Pax)
Two floors, close to the crest of the hill, with stunning views. Upper floor: double bedroom with shower room and large veranda with pergola. Ground floor: twin bedroom with large en suite bathroom, open-plan kitchen and living room (with a sofa bed). The twin bedroom and the kitchen each open onto verandas with pergola and seating.

Villa Myrtle (4-6 Pax)
Two floors, close to the crest of the hill, with spectacular views. Two double bedrooms on the upper floor, one shower room and three small verandas (north and south-facing) with pergolas. Ground floor: kitchen, WC and large dining and living room (with two sofa beds), opening onto a veranda at the front and a patio at the back, both with pergola and seating. Two-tier garden.

Villa Sunflower (4-6 Pax)
Located at the highest point of the complex, looking out over the entire area with unlimited sea views from both the ground and upper floors. Upper floor: double bedroom with shower room plus large verandas with and without pergola and seating. Ground floor: double bedroom, which opens onto a north-facing veranda with pergola, shower room, kitchen and sitting room (with two sofa beds), which opens onto a patio with pergola and seating. Two-tier garden.

Suite Iris (2-3 Pax)
First-floor, fully detached suite, with commanding views of the sea. Double bedroom, shower room with hydromassage, large kitchen and living room (with two sofa beds). The living room opens onto a veranda and to a large terrace, which have a view of the sea to the north. The bedroom opens onto a veranda as well and the kitchen door leads to a south-facing veranda with seating, overlooking the cedar trees and the gardens of the property.

Suite Amaryllis (2-3 Pax)
First-floor, fully detached suite, with panoramic views of the sea. Double bedroom, large kitchen and living room (with a sofa bed), shower room with hydromassage. The bedroom and the living room open onto a large terrace with pergola and seating area.

Suite Violet (3-4 Pax)
First-floor, fully detached suite, with commanding views of the sea. Double and single bedroom, bathroom with hydromassage and kitchen/living room (with a sofa bed). The kitchen and the single bedroom open onto a large terrace with a view of the sea to the north and the living room door leads to a south-facing veranda with seating, overlooking the cedar trees and the gardens of the property.
