The Anemologio Villas are located at the area near the beach of Milia, having fabulus views to the beaches of Spartines and Milia. Within a 1km range from Patitiri you are 5' away by car from the city centre, or the nearby beaches.

The Villas are in a full-green area (from olives and pinaster) of the island in an private olive grove 9.000 sq.km ground. There are many beautiful beaches that they are at a very small distance, where you can walk.

The villa has views to the Southeast side of the Anemologio, called Chirocco.
Villa Chirocco is around 90 sq.mt shared on 2 floors. Lounge, sitting room, kitchen and wc, downstairs and 2 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs.

The villa has views to the south side of the Anemologio, called Ostria.
Villa Ostria is about 90 square meters shared on 2 floors. Lounge, sitting room, kitchen and wc, downstairs and 2 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs.

The villa has views to the west side of the Anemologio, called Zefiros
Villa Zefiros is about 90 square meters shared on 2 floors. Lounge, sitting room, kitchen and wc located downstairs with 2 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs.

TRANSPORT
Customers are welcomed upon arrival at the port of Patitiri accompanied on their villas. Renting a car is and can be arranged upon request. As also can be organized and boat rental.
