The Kastellakia Bay Villas are three individual, traditional, stone-built, luxury, Cycladic homes on the unadulterated, up-and-coming island of Kea (Tzia)
Residence Maria is a luxurious, charming spacious apartment that occupies the whole lower level of the Villa Phil. Residence Maria is a completely independent house, with its own independent entrance and outside reed-shaded sitting areas, offering a unique “on-the-sea”, feet –in-the-water vacation experience, a high level of privacy and remaining a favorite among seasoned guests. The upper level of the unit is occupied by the owners.

Inside: Large living nautically themed living room with single bed-divan (80X200cm) and immediate access to sea-viewing terrace & garden, dining hall, open plan fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom (queen size, built bed), guest bedroom (two singles), one large bathroom with shower.
