Villa “Alkistis” is situated in the wider area off the village of Agia Paraskevi, only 8 km from the historical town of Rethymno.

Built in a picturesque location, on a quiet wooded hill, “Alkistis” is a recently–built independent villa, surrounded by olive trees and various plants. It is a 2-storey house of 110 s.m. with a private swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 8 individuals.

Offering cozy and hospitable atmosphere, ideal for family vacations, the villa has been constructed according to high-standard specifications on 2 floors, providing guests with a panoramic view of the surrounding villages, hills and the sea, ensuring at the same time the privacy of its guests.

It’s a lovely family house, about 110 sqm, has been build on two floors.
On the ground floor there is the living area with fireplace, TV., dining table- chairs and with pretty sofas (one can be used as double bed, where two more persons can sleep). There is also a full-equipped kitchen. There is one wide bedroom with double bed too. In the bathroom of this floor you will also find a douse cabin and the washing machine. We will go up to the stairs to the first floor, where you will find two bedrooms with two beds in each of them and a pretty bathroom. Two doors lead to an excellent veranda with a panoramic view to the sea and the mountains.
