INTERIOR
The floor plans of Metochi Villas come in two different plans. Villas numbers 3 and 2 have the same floor plan which is described below:

VILLAS 2 AND 3 (Each with private pool) - The main entrance to the villas lead into a large, open, split-level mezzanine with high wood beamed ceilings. The main entrance level comprises 1 twin bedded bedroom which is closed off for privacy with a sliding door. This bedroom has wall to wall wardrobes and double French doors leading to a spacious balcony which looks out upon the pool and town in the distance (number 3) and to the mountains opposite (number 2). A few stairs down to the main level of the house comprises the open plan kitchen/sitting room. Both villas are furnished with sofas, corner fireplace, large dining table and offer lots of light to create a comfortable and open space for relaxation. 

The kitchens of the villas are fully equipped and are located for easy serving of outdoor meals on the large balcony. The spacious balconies are reached by two sets of double French doors which give way to stunning views of the harbour, town and the Stafilos Valley. They are fully furnished with table, plenty of seating and a pergola to shade from the afternoon heat. Many hours can be spent just relaxing and taking in these breath-taking views. With the well-equipped kitchen at hand and such comfortable surroundings complimented by stunning views of the whitewashed village below, you will rarely want to leave the villa.
The next level down comprises the master bedroom suite which is furnished with a king sized bed, spacious wardrobe and en-suite w/c shower room and a full sized in-room bathtub. These roomy bedrooms are complete with TV/music center and personal computer. A set of double French doors open out to the breathtaking views and soft sea breezes. The large laundry room with washing machine is also located on this level.

A few more steps lead to the bottom floor of the house where there is a 3rd bedroom, comfortably furnished with twin beds, wardrobe and small seating area.

From here, the private pool is reached through double French doors. Another large dining table and chairs, complete with a huge sun umbrella is found just outside the bedroom.

The spacious pool areas have comfortable lounges and are beautifully landscaped with flowers and grassy spaces for kids to play. Of course the spectacular views are carried through to this level where sunny lazy days and romantic nights can be whiled away in this enchanting setting.

DÉCOR VILLAS 2 AND 3- he floor plans are the same in these villas but there are distinct differences in colour and decoration.

Interior Villa number 3 – Private swimming pool The general décor of Villa number 3 is contemporary.It is decorated in a modern style with a mix of shiny black marble tiles and wood floors. The blend of modern and traditional furnishings and materials make for a wonderful combination of style. The kitchen is attractively fitted with fashionable black cabinets and stainless steel accents. The brightly covered sofas in the sitting room combined with a rough brass finish on the fireplace give it a true decorator’s touch. The pool is kidney shaped in Villa number 3

Interior Villa number 2- Private swimming pool The floors of Villa 2 are of grey polished cement with inlaid white marble designs giving it a country, yet contemporary feel. The light, wooden kitchen cupboards give the room a modern edge and add a bright and sunny look to the room. Again, the colourful accents of the house are in gold and green and the corner fireplace is made from local stone. The colours and materials are carried through the house to the master bedroom suite where the bathtub is surrounded by white marble with a marble step up into the tub. The pool is kidney shaped in Villa number 2.

Interior Villa number 4- Private swimming pool The interior of Villa Number 4 with terra cotta flooring and high wood beamed ceilings make an alternative style from the rest of the villas. The kitchen has a country feel to it with soft green bleached cupboards and attractive pale tiles that lend a warm and pleasant atmosphere to the room. With carved wooden chairs, a traditional Skopeliti sofa, along with the brick corner fireplace adds to the general country charm. The accent colours in this villa are in yellows and earth tones which blend well with the terra cotta floors. The pool in Villa number 4 is rectangle shaped.

VILLAS 1 AND 5 (Each with private pool)Villas numbers 1 and 5 have the exact same floor plan with only slight differences in colour and decoration. As in all of the villas, the main entrance opens into a large, open split-level mezzanine which includes 1 twin bedded bedroom and a w/c shower room on the upper level. This bedroom is exactly the same as described in Villa 3 other than colour and decoration. A few stairs below lay the open plan kitchen/sitting room level. The kitchen/sitting rooms all have the same layout and include a spacious dining table and a fireplace in the corner.
In this floor plan, the stairs down from the kitchen lead to the middle level of the building where there is the 2nd bedroom. This spacious bedroom has two twin beds and windows facing out to the same fantastic views of the mountains, sea and Skopelos Town. Also found on this middle level is the laundry room with washing machine and extra wardrobe space.
The bottom level of Villa 1 and 5 comprise the master bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom is fully modern with a full length bathtub. Across the hallway, the master bedroom has a pretty lighted archway and a king sized bed in the center. This roomy bedroom is complete with TV/music center and personal computer. There is a large wardrobe on one wall and double French doors lead to the pool terrace and the rectangular-shaped pool. The pool area is furnished and landscaped as described in all of the villas. Many lazy days will be spent lounging around this very private and spacious pool area. The views are stunning and fantastic sunsets can be watched as the sun sinks slowly behind the hills of the town.

Decor of Villas 1 and 5. The colour scheme in Villa 1 is of bright oranges and reds. The kitchen cupboards are in lovely cherry wood with a matching wood trim accenting the stone floors. The villa has many stone accents on the walls and at the fireplace. The floors of Villa 1 are stone slate and this villa also has many stone accents. The kitchen cabinets and furniture are a warm wooden rustic style with subdued earthy coloured tiles in the kitchen. Warm golds and yellows accent the villa throughout.

EXTERIOR
This newly developed area slightly below the monastery of Evangelistria is cut into the hillside and surrounded by greenery. Its stone walls, large verandas and spacious land give it a luxury not many places can compare to. The beautifully landscaped gardens with the private swimming pools positioned on the edge of the hillside, make for some of the most fabulous views of Skopelos harbour to be found.

SURROUNDINGS
One of the best assets of these villas are the convenience to both town and beaches. Within 3 klms of the town and 6 klms to some of the islands best beaches, they have something to suit everyone.

The accessibility of Skopelos town, with its full array of restaurants, shops and cafes, all within just a few minutes drive from the villa make it perfect for those not wanting to spend much time in the car. The location of the property also suits walkers extremely well as there a number of old donkey trails and paths in the surrounding hillsides.
