INTERIOR
Recently renovated, this old house is entered from the courtyard into an open plan multi-level space with a living/dining room on the main level and the well-equipped kitchen is three steps down and is fitted with a washing machine. The master bedroom is reached three steps up from the living/dining area and has a double bed. A wooden stairway leads to the second bedroom fitted with two single beds, a sitting area and a desk. French doors lead to a spacious balcony with views over to the hills the sea and the pool. The cottage is decorated through out with family antiques while maintaining all the comforts of a modern house. For as far as the eye can see, there is the stunning green and blue of the pristine nature surrounding this lovely house.

EXTERIOR
Antigoni House is set in private gardens of fig, almond and quince trees and is centred around a lovely courtyard with one of a fading few original stone-built prune ovens. Stone benches abound under the shade of almond and plum trees. A few steps up from the courtyard, is a private swimming pool set in this beautiful nature with comfortable sofas and table for hours of relaxation. No other houses overlook Antigoni so the house and grounds have total privacy, the distant goat bells are often the only sounds to be heard.

SURROUNDINGS
Set in the the heart of the island, though only 1 km off of the main road, Antigoni House is located on the hillside of a valley called Potami, or 'river' in Greek. This idyllic paradise is away from civilisation and in every direction there are wide and beautiful views down the valley. On a clear day, it is even possible to see the island of Evia in the distance. The exquisite beach and bay of Panormos is just 6.5 km or 15 minutes by car. The local market there can provide you with most of your daily essentials and this white pebbly beach with clear blue sea is lined with waterfront tavernas specialising in traditional Greek dishes. A perfect place to spend long days in the sun and evenings watching the sun set. Skopelos town is approximately 9 km from the house with its full array of restaurants, shopping and cafes.
