GENERAL
South facing 3-bedroom villa with spacious walled gardens and swimming pool in Trapezaki with panoramic views across the Ionian gulf towards Zakynthos island. Close to tavernas and short drive to selection of sandy beaches the Vali is a spacious villa which is ideal for families sleeping 6 persons who will enjoy the space, the views and the privacy.

Layout
The two-storey villa has three bedrooms upstairs and on the ground floor the front door opens into very large open-plan villa with comfortable living room, dining room and kitchen which is separated by a breakfast bar.
Three sets of patio doors lead out to large terraced pool area with dining table and chairs.The villa offers high quality furnishings and fittings and is spacious and comfortable.
Exterior of the villa has swimming pool, lawned gardens and BBQ area.

Living Room
Open plan living room is spacious and has a couple of comfy sofas with satelite TV, CD stereo system and DVD player. Patio doors lead out from the living room to the poolside terrace.

Kitchen/Breakfast room

Well designed kitchen has an American style breakfast bar. Equipped with dishwasher, microwaver, large fridge/freezer and full cooker. Washing machine. The dining area is separated from the kitchen by the breakfast bar and has large wooden dining table and 6 chairs. Patio doors lead from the dining area to the external dining area under shaded terrace by the swimming pool.

Bedrooms
The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom is situated on the first floor with another double and twin bedroom. All three bedrooms have patio doors which lead out onto a very large walled balcony with wonderfully panoramic views.

Bathrooms
Shower room with wc on the ground floor. First floor bathroom with full bath, shower and wc adjacent to the twin and double bedrooms. The master double bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with full bath, shower and wc.

Pool and gardens
The swimming pool measures 9m by 4m with a depth of 1.2 to 1.8m. Spacious terraces offer partl-shaded areas as well as sun-bathing areas around the pool with sunbeds and parasols. The exterior dining area is fully shaded and has large wooden table and chairs on the terrace. Access to this area is from the open-plan living area. The garden has a brick built bbq and offers plenty of space in which children can play.
