Overview
The small harbour village of Saint Stephanos has now become a very popular 'up market' resort. There is a thriving local Greek community, welcoming its visitors with all the warmth and hospitality for which Greece is famous. The coast on either side of Saint Stephanos is a succession of one bay and beach after another, some quite unfrequented, and renting a motor boat is the ideal way of exploring them. Relaxed evenings can be spent in one of the four Tavernas looking across the water to Albania.
Theophilos One is just a few metres from the water's edge, and a couple of minutes walk to the village shops and four tavernas which are located right by the sea.
Interior
The apartment has a comfortable open-plan living area, with kitchen/dining/sitting facilities. French doors open onto the balcony, presenting stunning views over the harbour and sea.
Kitchen & Living area
The kitchen is quite adequate for two people, but with excellent nearby tavernas only a few steps away, it is unlikely to be used for anything more elaborate than breakfast!
Bedrooms
The bedroom has french doors opening on to the sea-facing balcony, air conditioning and plenty of storage space in the wardrobes.
Bathrooms
The shower room is fully tiled with a corner shower tray and there is a mirrored vanity unit over the basin.
Outside
Outside the balcony curves round the corner of the building from the living area to the bedroom and has a table and chairs with sunshade for those sunny breakfasts overlooking the harbour!
