The superb, recently renovated Nireus Iapetos Village is a unique hotel, is a real Oasis very close to the city centre of Symi. It is constituted by a newly established group of traditional houses that frames the exotic garden and the astonishing swimming-pool of the hotel.

In Iapetos everybody will be satisfied with our magnificent Service in a luxurious environment with reasonable prices. In the bar of our hotel you can enjoy your drink next to the beautiful Neoclassical House of the swimming-pool and under the astonishing atmosphere of the exotic garden.

Iapetos Village Located in the centre of Symi town (Yialos) just 50 m from the central square and 200m from the main port. There are no stairs on the way to the hotel and this makes it easily accessible.

The 500m2 of exotic garden is something that you do not meet anywhere else on the island.

Iapetos Village consists of 14 maisonettes, 6 Studio Apartments with Balcony and / or Terrace, 4 Double rooms with Balcony and 4 Standard Studios with terrace. The Maisonettes are two floor rooms of 60m2. They also have separate bedroom for children downstairs and they can accommodate up to 6 people.

Studio Apartments are one floor Apartments of 40m2 with balcony or Terrace, They include all the below amenities and they can accommodate up to 4 persons. Standard studios with terrace have 30m2 of space and the Double rooms with balcony again 30m2.
