They have very spacious and comfortable interiors as they are also tastefully furnished and decorated. All units are equipped with air-conditioning, TV, equipped kitchenette and very large private verandas with view of the surrounding olive groves, some also with sea view. There is also private parking space.

There is a mini market, tavernas, coffee shop and bar all within 200m from the accommodation, as is the case with the bus stop with a regular bus service, which connects Platy Yialos with the rest of the island.
