Elies Resort Hotel is the only De Luxe hotel on the island and the most luxurious one, designed to provide a most memorable vacation. The Elies Resort is set in 24,000 square meters of gardens and olive trees, located directly on the beach of Vathi, which is 10km from Apollonia, the capital of Sifnos. The Cycladic architecture combined with the elegant luxurious interiors include all modern comforts and conveniences, producing the ultimate in relaxing and carefree vacations.

The Pool Restaurant & Bar serve a full, home-made, American buffet breakfast enriched with specialties of Sifnos and accompanied with chilled champagne. Lunch includes fresh salads, international dishes and tasty local recipes. For those wishing to have lunch or a light snack on the beach, a special "Petite Carte" is also available. Dinner is a BBQ by the pool with a Greek Buffet and fresh "catch of the day" theme. The Pool Bar offers an extensive range of cocktails, fresh fruit juices and long drinks. The Gastronomic Restaurant offers inspired Mediterranean & Greek cuisine and rare wines from around the world. Luxurious fine dining and service with an elegant ambiance. At the Main Bar and Lounge, adjacent to the Gastronomic restaurant, one can enjoy the highest standard, serving all time classic cocktails, long drinks and a variety of Greek spirits. The Private Dining Area is a secluded area to cherish the pleasure of a "private dinner". A private menu and table arrangement can be designed and arranged on request. **The Junior Pool Villas have one bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette area, one large bathroom with a bathtub and one bathroom with a shower, a private veranda with sea view and a private swimming pool with an open air shaded lounge.

**The Senior Pool Villas have one bedroom, a large living room, one large bathroom with a bathtub and one bathroom with a shower, a kitchen, a private veranda with sea view and a private swimming pool with an open air shaded lounge.

**The Executive Pool Villas have two bedrooms, a large living room, two large bathrooms with bathtubs and one bathroom with a shower, a kitchen with a dining table, a private veranda with sea view and a private swimming pool with an open air shaded lounge.

For the support personnel accompanying the client, the senior & executive pool suites also provide ancillary quarters, within the same building, that consist of a room with its own bathroom and private entrance.
