Phenix Hotel, perched high on the volcanic island of Santorini, offers lovely view of the volcano and the calderas of Santorini.

These traditional 19th century residences, restored and renovated to meet 20th century requirements for privacy, comfort and elegance, provide guests with stunning sunset and sunrise view of the bay, the volcano and Santorini itself.

Studios - Rooms
Studio 1 with kitchenette Third level down from the public footpath, (some 40 steps), right on the cliff edge.
Studio 3 Double or 2 single beds. Small wc/shower all in marble. One level down (some 14 steps)
Studio 4 Bath-tub jacuzzi in the spacious bathroom. Third level down (some 40 steps), right on the cliff edge.
Studio 6 with kitchenette The bed is under an arch. Small wc/shower. One level down (some 14 steps).
Studio 7 The largest of the studios which was the winery and distillery of the mansion above in the 19th century. It can accommodate 2 persons in the double bed which is in an arch extension of the main room and a 3rd and 4th person in a bed and the sofa bed of the sitting area of the studio. Kitchenette, one wc/shower. There is a private path in front of the veranda. One lever down (some 15 steps)
Room 11 The smallest room of the hotel with a King size bed next to a LARGE window (2.10x1.50m) to the cliff, facing the 2 thirds of Santorini, the seas beyond the east and the south coasts of the island, make this room, the most popular (together with suite 9) rooms of 'The Phenix'. No sitting area-the bed acts also as a table to eat, a desk to write your post cards or use your lap-top, a chair to read your book or a sofa bed to watch TV. There is a spacious bathroom in marble and, like all, a private veranda on the edge of the cliff. Third level down and under the pool deck, about 40 steps down and 10 up, from the path.

Suites - Deluxe Suites
Suite 2 for 2-5 persons in 2 double beds and a sofa bed. Bedroom with the master bathroom an-suite and separate wc. Multi function shower glass cabin. In a partitioned area of the sitting room, there is the second double bed with views to the spacious veranda and the cliffs. Second wc/shower with jet jacuzzi, through the corridor from the sitting room. Kitchenette. Second level down, (some 27 steps).
Suite 5 Sitting area and higher by 2 steps is the sleeping area. Bath-tub jacuzzi and second shower (marble cabin). Separate wc. Second level down (some 27 steps), The closest room to the pool.
Suite 8 The so called NEO-CLASSICAL, being a section of the old mansion. A spacious room with wooden polished floor, sculptured ceiling, old style of mid 19th century furniture and a medium size antique double bed. There is a spacious and luxurious bathroom with a bath-tub jacuzzi, a second, marble cabin shower and a separate WC. One level up from the public path (some 18 steps)
Suite 9 The most private unit of "The Phenix" being in a separate building, above suite 8, all by itself and approachable from the top public footpath, yet quite a distance and many steps to the pool, bar and restaurant. Nevertheless, it is 1 of the 2 most popular 'room' of the hotel for the privacy, the views, the private open-air jacuzzi, in the biggest veranda of all. With the room service, you can enjoy your breakfast, drink, or meal at the veranda sofa bed or in your jacuzzi. A King size bed next to a window, separate kitchen and a marble bathroom in 3 small sections. One level down from the top path, overlooking the pool which is some 4 levels down. Closer and fewer steps to the car street.

De Luxe suite 13 "villa Mare" A luxurious large cave-suite in Greek blue colours with a heated, indoor mini pool/jacuzzi. Top quality marble and granet, comfortable and tasteful furniture. King size double bed or 2 single beds. Satellite TV, DVD player and STEREO unit. Large patio in 2 levels, bordering the public path and steps. Only 15 steps (and 50m) to the car street. Next to # 14 and separate from the main PHENIX buildings.
De Luxe suite 14 "villa Terra" A luxurious large cave-suite in Greek earth colours with a heated, indoor iacuzzi. The same quality as # 13 with 2 double beds, 2 wc/showers and a kitchenette. Two TV sets with satellite channels, DVD player and STEREO unit. Very large yard bordering the public path and steps. The same location as # 13.

Apartments
Apartment 10 Sitting room on the view, with a kitchenette. It can sleep 1 person in a built bed and a child in a wooden sofa bed. The spacious bedroom with a King size bed, has a submarine window (with 6cm glass) into the pool, yet private with the roller blind and the curtain. A spacious marble wc/shower/bath. Third level down and under the pool deck, on the edge of the cliff with some 40 steps from the path.
Apartment 12 A small apartment but cleverly designed to accommodate 4 even 5 persons. From the very private, large veranda you enter into the sitting room-kitchenette with a partitioned area for a double bed and the bigger bathroom on the right. A door to the left, leads to a tiny bedroom with a raised up double bed and a wc/shower en-suite. Both beds have a window at the bottom side, facing the veranda. A child can sleep in the sofa bed of the sitting room. One level down and under the pool deck, on the cliff edge, some 30 steps from the path.
