Due to the cliffside construction of the property (and especially the pool area),
bookings for children under 16 years of age are not accepted.
No effort has been spared in conserving the traditional aesthetics of the caves, while interior bathrooms and comforts to serve modern needs and desires have been added.
Several of the seventeen houses were once wineries and stables, and in these, the original vats and mangers have been carefully preserved. Each cave house is unique in shape and character, while remaining preserving the local architecture.
