Fouxia Apartments & Studios are located in a private own land, surrounded by olive trees, cypress trees and noumerous flowers. The gardens that are among the premises provide guests the wonderful and breath taking landscape. Guests have the opportunity to relax in our complex, by accommodated in our studios or apartments which are all fitted with all the neccessery amenities in order to provide the best quality services during their stay. The studios are fully furnished and in more detail, consist of 1 bedroom, (for 2 persons) with fully equipped kitchen, balcony, toilet / shower, tv-set air-condition,safety box. The apartments are fully furnished and in more detail, consist of 2 bedrooms (for 4 persons) with fully equipped kitchen, balcony, toilet / shower, tv-set, air-condition,safety box. For a couple with 1 child until 06 years old, we provide extra bed in the same room free of charge. For the third person above 6 years old there is a charge of 20 % from the total price.
LOCATION INFORMATION Perama is a well known area at the east coast of the island, for decades cause of the existence of the Achillion Palace, located just above Perama in the village of Gastouri, was erected in 1890 for Elizabeth (Sissy), the Empress of Hungary / Austria as the solace of her soul. It was used as her summer retreat. Later the Kaiser Wilhelm of Germany bought the Palace. Directly below, on the coast, is the unusual Kaiser’s bridge, the stone built jetty where the Kaiser set out on his yacht for swimming trips. It is about 15 minutes drive from Corfu town and is set in the midst of the Kanoni peninsular region which is connected via a slender land bridge that is very much a popular walking trail. The path meanders along the coastal road and if one takes the trouble of hitting this particular trail, one can rest assured of lush green hills and numerous verdant coves down under.
