Payment policy
For your reservation to be confirmed you will be required to prepay by bank deposit 30% of the total cost of the stay.

Cancellation policy
No fee is charged for cancellation prior to 21 days before confirmed arrival date.
Any cancellations made after this time frame will be subject to a charge equal to the deposit amount.
No-show or departure prior to the scheduled date, results in a charge of 50% of the total cost of the stay.
