The Hotel BELLA VISTA-APARTMENTS in Stalida, Heraklion, is classified among the most well organized complexes of furnished apartments in Crete. Our Hotel is located 30km to the east of the airport of Heraklion, on the northeastern beach of Crete, in a lovely, quiet, mountainside just above Stalida, Heraklion, between Hersonisos (3km away) and Malia only 800m from the wonderful, shallow sea and its immense sandy beach.
It is located almost in the center of Crete and, thanks to the North road network it constitutes an excellent base for excursions and visits to all the beautiful areas of Crete so that the visitors can enjoy the rich alternation of landscapes (mountains, gullies, plain, and sea) and cultivations.
For the same reasons, the visitors may easily get to know the pleasant inhabitants of the island, the friendly approach, the Cretan hospitality, the Cretan cuisine famous for its healthy nutrition based on the “Extra virgin natural olive oil”.
They can visit the famous antiquities of Knossos and Festos. Furthermore, they may visit the ancient city of Gortyna, the ex capital of the Roman Empire, the museums of Crete and, in particular, the museum of Heraklion, with its rare and rich findings (it is considered one of the best museums in Europe) etc.

The apartments are constructed in Cretan traditional style, they are of bungalows type with very good taste (and built so that the whole roof the one apartment to be the veranda of the other apartment), with balconies and beautiful tile-roofed pergolas, with new modern aluminum rails, on the posterior and interior part and beautiful gardens with flowers all around. They all have a fantastic view to the sea and the area of Stalida (in distance of 30km), Malia, Sisi etc. as well as to the mountain.
Upon the renovation of the Hotel in 2006-07, it was achieved an integrated upgrading and modernization of the buildings, the premises and the services of the unit in twenty-two (22) apartments, so that we can offer:
-A beautiful, renovated, comfortable, quiet apartment with all the necessary furniture, excellently matched in their total that guarantee a relaxed holiday.
-A comfortable bathroom, fully equipped.
-A refined environment, decorated with marble and stone coverings on the walls and the hotel façade.
Most apartments offer modern spacious bedroom and living room (approximately 40m2), with 4-5 beds, with all the renovating improvements and meet the new stay philosophy of the clients that is based on the increasing covering of needs of modern technology.

The apartment may welcome 5 persons. They are furnished with new, modern beds with mattress and overlay, with modern commodes, wooden coverings behind and on the side of the beds and the sofas, desk toilet, with new modern lightings, hidden lighting and new wardrobes. They also offer modern and big kitchen closets, refrigerator,electrical table eyes ,electric coffee makers, electric boilers, electric irons, phone device and music, TVs with national and satellite channels, wireless broadband Internet with 24hour internet connection in all rooms etc, modern furniture of outdoor areas, in the balconies (armchairs-chairs and tables with aluminium bamboo look base).

In all the apartments, there is independent air-conditioning regulated by the client (warm-cool air) and safe (with additional charge). With the renovation, new paving were made to all rooms and bathrooms with modern, impressive tiles. The same goes for the bathrooms where new sanitary wares, cabins and stainless bath accessories were placed as well as phone devices and hairdryers while many bathrooms are equipped with modern bathtubs.
In addition, new modern aluminum doors and windows were placed (external and internal doors and windows of the apartments), of pale colors, screens on the doors and the windows in order to isolate the annoying mosquitoes out of the apartment.

The Hotel pool is big; there is separate baby pool, a lot of umbrellas, deck chairs, free of charge, children playground, parking, reception, snack-bar with satellite TV and music. There is service upon order of breakfast, tasty food (often house-made traditional food) in special low prices.
BBQ nights are organized, in combination with music that will remain unforgettable to you and where the visitors have the opportunity to have a good time and dance.
