HILL COTTAGE 1
Entry into this enchanting house is directly into the sitting room, which is open plan with the kitchen and a small w/c. This one-level house is decorated with rich coloured walls, terracotta floors and dark wood-beamed ceilings. A wood-burning heater on one wall adds a cosy feel to the room, which is furnished with a comfortable sofa (which converts to a bed to sleep 1 or 2 extra people) and dark wooden chairs and tables with views to the harbour from the large picture windows.

The dark wood furniture, with colourful coverings and cushions, adds to the warm and comfortable atmosphere. From this room there are French doors leading to a roomy terrace, which has the same lovely views and access to the swimming pool.

The spacious open-plan kitchen is located off the living room and is fully equipped with a full size cooker/oven and dishwasher. There is a small breakfast table but most meals will probably be taken on the lovely terrace, which is furnished with an ample dining table and comfortable chairs. A small w/c is located between the living room and kitchen.

The private bedroom - again with wood beamed ceilings and a wrought iron double bed to give the room a cozy and inviting touch - also has a modern en-suite w/c shower room which is fully equipped with a hair dryer as well as a washing machine.

EXTERIOR
The Hill Cottages are completely separate, each with its own driveway and entrance and are arranged on the hillside to ensure the utmost of privacy. The traditional slate and red tiled roofs are all that are seen from the road which makes these a perfect retreat for those seeking seclusion. Cottages 1 and 2 on the same level and are separated by a lovely traditional stone wall closed off by a locking door. This door can be opened for those larger parties wanting to book both houses. Cottage 3 is on the bottom level of the property with the house itself blocking the pool area from view of the others.

These traditionally built cottages are striking in their colours which are set off by the deep green of the forests surrounding them. The slate roofs add to their attractiveness and are a reminder of the original Sporades architecture. There are plenty of outdoor spaces for sunning, or just relaxing and enjoying the views. Hill Cottage number 2 is equipped with a built-in BBQ next to its spacious side terrace. The cottages location up a steep valley from the sea ensures cool summer breezes, even in the height of the summer.
