A traditional, old “archoutika”, originally built for one of the rich and important people of Skopelos and directly opposite the house of Dationte, who lived here from 1740 – 1784. The property is built on four floors and has two large, covered balconies and, internally, wooden floors and ceilings with many original features, including an icon cupboard in the hallway. The basement area, reached from the entrance way, is currently used for storage and has a water supply and traditional marble sink.
